These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of websites, products, creative services, and platforms operated by Infotex Media Private Limited ("Infotex Media", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Infotex Media services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Infotex Media provides entertainment studio services, cinematic production, animation, original intellectual property development, creative technology systems, and related digital offerings. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
Where accounts are offered, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Unless otherwise stated, users must be at least 18 years old.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, Infotex Media retains ownership of its brand, platforms, software, pipelines, templates, and original studio IP. Client-owned materials and deliverables are governed by the applicable statement of work, license, or partnership agreement. You grant us a limited license to process materials you submit solely as needed to deliver the services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Infotex Media services to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise violates applicable law or our policies. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Payments
Fees for paid plans, retainers, or project services are as stated at checkout or in your agreement. Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other authorized providers. Taxes may apply. Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infotex Media services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to Infotex Media for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
