Refund & Cancellation Policy

Where Infotex Media offers digital products, credits, or recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@infotex.media. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless stated otherwise below.

Refunds may be available within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase if you are unsatisfied and have not substantially consumed the paid deliverable, credits, or service entitlement.

Refunds are generally not available for completed creative production milestones, custom studio retainers already delivered, or work that has been approved and handed over under a statement of work.

For custom films, animation, world-building, or technology engagements, cancellation and refund terms are defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable once production has commenced. Unused prepaid fees for undelivered phases may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

Email hello@infotex.media with your full name, payment reference / Razorpay payment ID, purchase date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within seven (7) business days. Banks and card networks may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of access to Infotex Media services.
