Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital products, account access, credits, software features, and downloadable deliverables are provided electronically. There is no physical shipping for these items. Access is typically granted immediately after successful payment confirmation through Razorpay or as otherwise stated at checkout.

Films, animation packages, design assets, world bibles, and other custom creative work are delivered digitally via agreed channels (secure links, shared drives, review platforms, or email) according to the project timeline in your statement of work or invoice.

• Instant / same-day: digital access and standard software entitlements after payment success.
• Project-based: milestones and final delivery dates as specified in the proposal or agreement.
• Delays caused by incomplete client inputs, approvals, or force majeure may extend timelines.

Infotex Media does not currently sell physical merchandise as a standard offering. If a limited physical item is offered in the future, shipping method, fees, regions, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and confirmed by email.

If you do not receive digital access or deliverables within the stated timeline, contact hello@infotex.media with your payment reference. We will investigate and restore access or re-deliver files promptly.
